Monsieur Hawkins, you have rocketed in my estimation. Ever since I saw Peter O'Toole playing the title role in Jeffrey Bernard Is Unwell, I've been utterly in love with the man. Indeed, much of my early university life was spent sequestered in the library archives, sifting through back issues of The Spectator. Pure gold.
