Who is The Bastard?

Found a interesting blog which is certainly worth checking out: www.pokerbastard.blogspot.com

It somehow reminds me of me when I wasn't scared to offend people.

Well worth a read.

But, the author is anonymous. Boo.

After giving it some thought here is my educated guess at the prices of certain poker celebs and others being "The Bastard" in question:

Julian Quance 7/1
Bad Beat 10/1
Lionel Hutz 12/1
Simon Galloway 14/1
Chimney Sweep 14/1
Any Vic Dealer or Member of Cardroom Staff 20/1
Joe Beevers 33/1
Vicky Coren 33/1
The Real Withnail 33/1
Andy Ward 40/1
Forza Milano 66/1
Ram Vaswani 100/1
Michael Arnold 150/1
Stavros Sendarnaris 250/1
Mick The Clock 500/1
Garry Bush 501/1
Barry Martin 1000/1
David Young 100000000/1
Ron Fanelli NameYourPrice/1

Others on Application.

Ah this is working now. No, it's not me. I think the problem with many of the front runners you have is just that they're too damn lazy !

But I'll have 1 pence on DY. Got to be value at that price.

Andy.

Lionel,

Do you really think I'm so egotistical to plug another blog which I write anonymously?

Oooops better not ansswer that.

But, I'm not guilty anyways. Wish I had been responsible but I'm not.

Interesting to see the Bastard slags off both DY and and MadYank. Their respective reactions say more for David and Ron than they do for the Bastard.

Titmus here.

I'm amazed that, having been accused by the Camel of writing every anonymous post on the Mob site, he leaves me off this list! I can only presume that as a good bookie he's decided it's me and wants only to take money on everybody else.

But unfortunately it isn't me, and I think i'll join Andy in putting a quid on the Youngster, valyooooooo....

I have to admit my first suspect was Titmus....

Perhaps his denial is just a clever ruse to push his price out before having a nice touch on himself.

JQ here.

Wow, first time I've ever been favourite for anything. But misplaced I'm afraid.

If you really want to solve the mystery, someone with more time on their hands (like BadBeat for example) could go through the Bstard's blog noting any unusual/overused phrases, mis-spellings etc. Then run them through the search engine on the hendonmob forum and see who keeps cropping up. Hours of fun.

Oh, and I'll have 2p on DY as well please.

My 50p each-way goes on the Ambassador. It seems to me that all the entry headings are some kind of 3-2-1 style catch me if you can babble. Maybe he's trying to recapture the popular vote.
